What is the pricing for the venue rental?
Our venue pricing at The Barn at 839 varies depending on the venue, day, and month you wish to book for your wedding or special event.On average, our couples invest between $3k-$5k on their venue.
What is Included in the rental?
Our full-day rental at The Barn at 839 includes a 14 hour rental (8:00am-10:00pm), indoor & outdoor ceremony options, seating for up to 160 guests (this can vary), table and chair options, furniture set-up and take-down, comfortable dressing suites. On site appointments for bridal portraits or engagement photos.
Can we choose our own vendors?
We know how important it is to have the perfect vendors for your SPECIAL DAY.
So to make it short. Yes you can pick your own vendors!
Does the barn have heat and air?
Yes. The bridal suite, groom’s lounge, and bathrooms are heated and cooled for year-round comfort. The main barn features an open-air design with large doors on all sides and upper windows for natural airflow.
Seasonal note: Fans are available during warmer months, and tower propane heaters are available during cooler seasons to help keep guests comfortable.
Is there a bridal suite and groom’s lounge?
Yes. We have an in house private bridal suite and groom’s lounge for getting ready and relaxing before the ceremony.
Is the venue handicap accessible?
Yes. The main areas of the venue are accessible for guests with mobility needs.
How many guests can you accommodate?
Guest capacity varies depending on your desired layout and design. For a seated reception, we can accommodate up to 225 guests.
Can we choose our own vendors?
Yes! We know how important it is for you to plan your day your way. You are welcome to choose any vendors you’d like. If you need assistance in any category, we’re happy to help by offering trusted vendor recommendations.
Do you have a prep kitchen?
