Hi! We are Quincy & Meri, the proud owners and operators of The Barn at 839, a rustic yet elegant wedding and event venue in Heflin, Alabama.

 

Together, we are blessed with four wonderful children and two beautiful granddaughters. Family means everything to us, and we are deeply grateful for the joy, love, and purpose they bring to our lives. That same sense of family and connection is woven into everything we do here!

 

Our journey began while searching for the perfect place to call home, which led us to County Road 839. From the moment we arrived, we instantly fell in love with the property. It was everything we were looking for and more. That “extra” was a blessing, and we knew we had been given more so that we could do more. That calling became the foundation of The Barn at 839.

 

After more than two years of thoughtful design and construction, we created a space that beautifully blends rustic charm with modern elegance. Nestled among the trees along the border of the Talladega National Forest, The Barn at 839 was designed to be a place where people gather, celebrate, and create unforgettable memories.

 

We officially opened our doors in October 2022 and have since had the honor of hosting countless weddings and special events. Every celebration at The Barn at 839 is thoughtfully tailored to reflect our clients’ unique visions, and we take pride in helping create memorable experiences that last a lifetime.
